Collecting Plastic Bottles and Cans

we are working with Containers for Cash to turn plastic bottles and cans into funds for our charity

we put blue bins outside where the cafes and shops can collect bottles

we get 50% of our funds from people's rubbish

it's a community partners program where there's cash in your container to help less-fortunate children and families in the Philippines
The funds raised from collecting plastic bottles and cans helped families rebuild their houses and have a small business.
Meet Benedict, Ken, Reynold and Nino...
These children are selling candles in the streets at a very young age. They are doing this to help their parents make ends meet. Such a heart-warming story I'm Funding Direct was able to capture. We met with each of this child's parents. We each give them 400-450 AUD to start an additional business so that their child doesn't have to go out in the streets under the sun selling candles and have their childhood back. This is one success story of I'm Funding Direct.

Meet the Panuncialman Family...
The Panuncialman family was one of those that were severely affected by Typhoon Odette that hit the area in the Philippines. As Mrs. Panuncialman decribes, " I was horrified what would happen to my family during the typhoon. It was a night never to be forgotten and I knew that our house was wrecked. After the typhoon, we had no idea where we will be staying.
